1. Cancellations

a. Flights, Hotels, Trains, and Car Rentals

  • All cancellations must be requested via email or phone at least 24-48 hours prior to travel (varies by service provider).
  • Each provider (airline, hotel, car agency) has its own cancellation policy. We follow the same.
  • Non-refundable bookings will not qualify for any refund.

b. Agency Service Fees

  • Our booking/service fees are non-refundable once payment is made, regardless of the provider’s policy.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after approval from the travel service provider.
  • Once approved, allow 7–30 business days for funds to reflect depending on your financial institution.
  • Partial refunds may be issued based on the nature of the booking and provider terms.

3. Modifications

  • Date/time/name changes may incur fees from both FareCharges.com and the provider.
  • Change requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and approval.
